Internship Project

It can be very difficult for passionate high-school students, who want to intern for a scientist working at a university, to find one that will take them.

This problem was experienced firsthand by one of our founders, who devised a system to prevent others from having to deal with the same problem.

It is not that professors typically do not want or need interns to help them with their scientific research, but that it is very difficult to coordinate the link between a passionate high-school student and a scientist conducting research because there are so many factors that have to match up.

Aletheia's Intership Project, which is undergoing development, will make the connection between a student looking for internships in science to a scientists looking for an intern easier to foster.

It achieves this considerable goal by creating a database that will allow scientists and interns to connect given their specific needs.
